Good location and easily accessible by train. The front desk staff was attentive and engaged. I stopped by 2 days before my check-in to ask if they would hold my luggage as I was traveling to another city and did not want to carry my large luggage, and they accommodated the request. Two things to call out. There was no daily room service which I was not aware until I checked in. I did not understand where to drop off my garbage from dinner so the pizza box stayed in my room. I had thought I would see a room attendant in the morning walking the halls, but did not see that either. Also, I asked for a 5:45 am wake up call as I had an early flight, but did not receive it. When I was checking out at 6:15 am I realized there was no one at the desk and you pretty much drop your key off at an express check out kiosk.

One of the easiest accomodations I've ever stayed at. Easy check in, clean & well functioning room, great location and great staff. Pool facilities were also a great addition to our stay. Would definitely stay here our next trip!

1st time in Sydney

I had a good stay at the Meriton on Sussex. Everything was as pictured. It felt great to be able to have the ability to store leftovers from restaurants, reheat things later, or even cook if you wanted to stay in due to the weather. Also its in a good location. I was able to walk to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Washer and dryer also a major plus. Would stay here again.

Meriton Sussex is a lovely hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and the suites are clean and spacious. I love that they have a washer and dryer en-suite. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

It was ok. Apartment is nice. Not a lot nearby from a when it is raining and windy perspective. To check out this morning, I had to call for assistance as front desk was out back chatting and not listening to see if anyone was out front. Overall ok.

Lovely experience. Reception asked if we were there for a special occasion. Was my husbands 30th birthday so they popped up tot he room with some chocolate for us. Offered wine however I’m pregnant so chocolate was amazing! Overall lovely experience

DELIGHTFUL HOTEL AT A FAIR PRICE

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and spa were enjoyable. Room was quiet and spacious. Well located for transport. Just would like to have had bath towels at the swimming pool.
