On the 29th, I notified the hotel that I would arrive early at 11:00 AM and requested an earlier check-in if possible. They never responded. On the 30th, I did indeed arrive at 11:00 AM, and they said they would do their best to have a room available earlier. It wasn't until 3:00 PM that they finally gave me a room on the 2nd floor, which didn't smell good. After complaining, they gave me a better room on the 6th floor within 5 minutes. I don't think they ever really tried to provide a suitable room a little before the scheduled check-in time, even though they knew I was arriving from the airporti
