On the 29th, I notified the hotel that I would arrive early at 11:00 AM and requested an earlier check-in if possible. They never responded. On the 30th, I did indeed arrive at 11:00 AM, and they said they would do their best to have a room available earlier. It wasn't until 3:00 PM that they finally gave me a room on the 2nd floor, which didn't smell good. After complaining, they gave me a better room on the 6th floor within 5 minutes. I don't think they ever really tried to provide a suitable room a little before the scheduled check-in time, even though they knew I was arriving from the airporti

My experience upon arrival was disappointing. I arrived around 1:05 pm and politely asked if it would be possible to access the room a little earlier, as I had an urgent appointment. The front desk staff member on duty, a woman, did greet me, but in a very weak and curt manner, as if she expected me to ask for something trivial. She did not ask for my name or check for any availability, and her immediate response was: “No, it’s impossible.” The only option she offered was to store my luggage, but even for that she imposed inflexible conditions, which made the process uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I returned at 3:00 pm and another staff member attended me very well, but the first impression had already been negative. I believe that front desk service attitude is key to the guest experience, and in this case, it was lacking. I hope the hotel can improve the human quality of its welcome, as the rest of the hotel meets expectations.

The hotel was well-maintained, but I will never stay there again due to an incident that occurred during the night. I arrived with my family around 9:30 pm. We went across the street to get a hot dog for my son, and when he started eating in one of the lobby areas, we were asked to leave because eating was prohibited (notably, other people were eating nearby). The approach from the hotel personnel was rude and unnecessary. I also felt targeted since we were not doing anything wrong or problematic other than feeding my child.
