I enjoyed my short stay at BOG with an early morning wellness circuit -gym, swimming & massage- The gym has the essential equipment; the rooftop pool is warm with a nice view; the ambiance of the spa is calming. I had a great deep tissue sport massage -it was amazing spite of an uncomfortable sturdy massage table- That would be my only complaint! The staff is over the top!! Prime location for going for an early morning on the El Virrey trail. Great location for shopping and dinning.

Great location, very nice staff at the bar and the reception, servers in the restaurant at breakfast can be more attentive you need to go them to order a cappuccino or eggs, they don’t come to you to offer anything. The room service was excellent.

The hotel is certainly 5 star, the food was amazing and the general atmosphere was upscale, very pleasant stay and very convenient location. The bad part is the really ridiculous $50 hotel fee, for a $12 discount to the spa after you spend $80, two water bottles and two glasses of wine, that does not add up to $50. The spa will not work for you if you don't plan to have some extra time after you schedule your appointment, they double book us with somebody else and we were out of time, so no SPA for us.

Beautiful property but at check in they gave me a room on the third floor facing the street and you could hear the cars go by but I went down and they moved me to a higher floor. I did not like the hidden fees like paying $50.000 pesos for two bottles of water and coffee pods which are free at most hotels. The free Breakfast was nothing special so I ended up ordering off the menu but the hotel is located close to the best restaurants in the city.

I had already stayed at this hotel and I thought it was better than it an actually is. My idea was to spend a quiet weekend as a couple but unfortunately we could not use the pool area because they were setting up an event (Friday and Saturday). The breakfast was not up to what you would expect from a five-star hotel and my boyfriend said that there was a hair in his food. Disappointing and we will definitely not return.

We were not notified that the AC was uncergoing maintenance, causing the room to become uncomfortably hot. We reported the issue to the fron desk, but no resolution was offered. I had to leave early to take a flight and they even wanted to charged my wife extra money, after i made sure I paid.
