We have stayed several times in this hotel, it is great, specially the friendly staff and top service. However, we are not giving a 5 stars because for the first time we have come to see lots of smoking people in open areas, which is a bad thing for us. We cannot enjoy anymore the relaxing walks through the beautiful building because smokers are allowed to smoke in open areas; we believe smokers must have a designated area; we, non smokers deserve the right to enjoy open areas without the inconvenience of smokers around us.

Great location, next to many restaurants and a huge shopping mall which has a 24hrs supermarket. We stayed in the apartments, furniture very outdated, the BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK, even with mattress toppers. On our last two days there was contruction noise from 8am all the way to night time, without notice, we wanted to chill in the room the last day. I had to call and complain about the noise. The place if very clean, staff attentive the breakfast was good.
