Great location... real walking distance to one of the best shopping centers in Bogotá and plenty of great options for dining and partying like Andres DC (the list is long). Good communication, gave us useful info for our stay and helped us by managing our transportation (pick up/drop off) at the airport, which made us feel very safe. Nice and comfortable room, although next time we will ask for a room away from the elevator, because it was busy/noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was included and it was really good and had many healthy options as well. Loved that they have a great restaurant in the first floor called "Salvaje" which had a live dj (even on weekdays), really good food and awesome drinks and even better desserts. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is well located. Staff is little proactive. I booked a room with two beds and they gave me a queen. We were two people. They didn’t offer any help or an extra rolling bed. They simply said there is nothing to do as we are fully booked. Breakfast is ok, nothing exciting. Very noisy room as doors and walls are thin
