The room did not have air conditioning. I complained to the manager, who told me he would send a portable air conditioner. After more than one hour, they brought a fan instead. The fan arrived almost two hours after my initial complaint, despite the clear promise of an air conditioner. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed for just 2 nights. It was nice but a little outdated (I.e. no smart tvs, no tissues except toilet paper) not really a hotel for extended stays, but for short trips it was nice.

Booked two rooms and one of them leaked from the roof when it rained and got all of my stuff in my luggage bag wet). WiFi hardly worked and other guests were complaining about the WiFi too so we couldn’t work while staying there. One of the rooms also didn’t have working hot water.

Yes, the room was very clean. It was a large room, with a sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom had a rain shower head and a large tub for soaking. There were snacks (nuts, chocolate bars) and drinks (beer, juice, water) in the minibar. It had complimentary water. Tonight we are staying at Habitel Select. While it is nice as well, the room is half the size of the room at Habitel Prime and does not have as many extras.
