Convenient location. We had some issues, including some water coming inside the room (rain?) and pooled on the floor. It was overall an OK stay. The most convenient aspect for us was that it was spacious (we got the 2-bedroom apartment style).

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hotel is located close enough to the airport that at times you hear aircraft taking off.

While the hotel itself is nice, Considering that it's a transit hotel, even basic amenities like a dental kit or shaving kit are not provided. If you want to buy it in the store in the hotel, it does not open till 10:30am. If you are a single traveler, they give you crap rooms .

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s a good, comfortable, convenient and consistent airport hotel. Unfortunately, the room service really let us down. Normally, we have arrived late and left early due to flight times and have not experienced the food. This time we ordered room service in advance with a specific delivery time. There were very few items on the menu suitable for vegetarians and the food arrived a half hour late. The plain rice was hard and dry. The plantains were so hard that they were inedible. The pizza was just okay. It was surprising and disappointing for an otherwise good hotel. We would look for an alternative hotel next time unless food is not needed.
