Great place to stay and relax. We stopped by from Texas on the way back to Chicago. One minor point is a bit off Highway 44, about 5 miles. Overall, the experience was great.

At check-in, was not given WiFi login info. Handed the key (card) and was told your room# is right there. Ice Machine on floor, broken without any signage indicating such. Noisy, VERY NOISY. Employee that was working Check-in counter, 03/21/2025, approx 4pm, needs additional Customer Service Training.

Beds were comfortable with nice sheets (not stiff). Rooms had a refrigerator and microwave which is always appreciated. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was reasonably priced and included a great selection and tasted great!

This Hotel did everything we needed. We needed to be within walking distance to the Great American Bank Arena and it was about a 5 minute walk. This hotel was most likely really nice in the year 2000 but really hasn't been updated since that time. If you need a place to stay that close to the arena, this place will work. If you are looking for updated rooms, this is not your place.

Did not enjoy the check-in process at all. Had to wait an hour to get checked in because our room “wasn’t ready.” Both my husband and I used to travel for a living and never waited so long for our room to be ready. There was also children’s running circles, racing each other, yelling and screaming. So very inconvenient and I’m thankful we weren’t trying to rest at the time, but I’m sure others were and I felt sorry for them. Probably won’t be choosing this hotel again.

The layout is nice but the customer service here is awful. We had multiple families staying, none of which received the accommodations requested. One of our friends needed ADA because her husband is disabled and they couldn’t comply even tho the room was confirmed ahead of time. We paid extra for a room upgrade and had a room with zero amenities. We actually paid more to get less than our friends who got basic rooms. Everyone gave us the runaround and blew our complaints off. One girl even said I could call and complain to Expedia since I booked it third party. The hotel pool was supposed to be heated. It was freezing and no one there to fix it. The hot water went out for one of the nights stay and we weren’t compensated for that either: I will never go back to this hotel.
