The room was severely outdated. There was a hole in the ceiling by the sprinkler system. The AC sounded horrendous. The bed was anything but comfortable (could feel springs everywhere). We actually ended up only staying in the room for about an hour before deciding to just check out and go to the Oasis.

Staff support was great on TRYING TO HELP. But, on our first night on the room the shower water was freezing cold.. So I went down to the front desk and she moved us to another room and you bed wasn't even made up, the room smelled badly, and water was again freezing cold.. So we have yet another room change and it will forever. This what between 9 up 10 PM after we had arrived at 3 pm. So after 30 movies the guy us so up on the third room, which was clean and smelled fine, not the water was again freezing so we just waited to see if the could fix the freezing water. The man workef hard and eventually got out hot. WE REALLY NEED FUNDS RETURNER OR SOME DREW NIGHTS TO USE IN THE FUTURE. WE DID GO THROUGH EXPEDIA AND THE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THEN AT THE END OF THE TRIP..I EXPECT BETWEEN NOTIFYING THEM AND THE NOTES THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK PUT IN YOUR COMPUTER IT SHOULD GET FIXED.

When we arrived, the room was missing a few finishing touches. None of the lights went on with the light switch, so we had to manually turn each one on. There was only one coffee cup in the room. The bathtub had a purple haze to it. Also, the staff member who checked us in did not tell us about an internet password or point us to the elevators (we were on the 4th floor and we didn’t see any signs pointing us to the elevators), but we were able to check in early at 2:30pm instead of 4pm, which was really helpful for us. We were really thankful the indoor pool was working! Overall, a good stay.
