Room was great and staff very friendly. The hotel is under renovation and they are doing a good job notifying guests. I have spent several nights at this hotel and my only current recommendation is to work on cleaning the outside areas, parking lot and spaces where people take dogs. Some dog owners are not very considerate!!

I checked in on Sunday for a Sun. Through Fri. stay. I have stayed here for several weeklong visits. Each time I ask for housekeeping they tell me I don't have to ask, it is automatically done on Wednesdays. However, it is rarely done. This week I asked for a coffee maker that worked on Monday, spoke with 3 different employees, send an email that went unanswered and it took until Thursday to get it. Wednesday came and went and my room wasn't cleaned again so I spoke to the desk, and they said it would be cleaned first thing Thursday. I returned from work Thursday night to find it had not been cleaned and the desk told me that Housekeeping indicated I had the do not disturb sign up. Which of course I wouldn't have after requesting HK. I won't be back nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else. Staff was nice but ineffective managing simple operations

Location was good, service was good, room was a little dirty. Fitness center was in great shape and sufficient for what i needed. Carpet in room needed to be vacuumed and there was something stuck in the sink. Overall not bad and would stay again.
