All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. The vibe was relaxed and the room decor was contemporary glam. We only stayed one night but would love to return soon for a longer stay.

So the room did not have a refrigerator, it had a "chiller" not did not keep anything cold, it made it slightly below room temperature. This resort is not worth the price, have a much better time and value elsewhere on the palm. Also the check in process took over 30 mins just to check-in. The only saving grace for this resort is how friendly the staff are, they worked hard and were happy to assist you.

Good quality decor, facilities, very friendly attentive staff always been to ensure guests have great time - very good food - just a shame the adults pool was incredibly noisy with incessant heavily based music which sent us elsewhere after first day for relaxation
