We have been going to this Best Western for almost 6 years when we go to Boise. Darlet, staff member has always greeted us with so much kindness. We have pictures with my grandson and her going back 6 years and he still speaks of her. Darlet, Tony and Shirley are warm and welcoming as well as the other staff members. They make you feel like your family

There was blood on the curtains, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, and their "business center" did not have an operational printer. Nor did the wifi work. Do not stay here, you are better off getting a room downtown.

Stayed here before our early flight back home. The property was clean and very well kept. Comfortable room and bed. Airport shuttle was right on time and we enjoyed our overnight stay.

I frequently stay at Best Western and am pleased with the accommodations. My experience with this specific hotel was disappointing. This is an older hotel with access to rooms from outside. It had the feel of a motel rather than hotel. Room was identified as non smoking, but room smelled of stale smoke. Additionally, patrons stood outside of room and smoked, which drifted into the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Family road trip

Stopped at this little hotel after hours of being on the road with my little ones. It was a nice and very clean place to rest. Breakfast was good. Fresh yogurt, parfait toppings, cereals, waffle iron and some nice hot options. The overnight host was kind and had our room ready to go. We appreciated that!
