Overall ok place to stay. We did have an issue with the toilet blocked and overflowed onto floor. Maintenance came quickly and fixed but when requested housekeeping to clean up the mess they just gave us some extra towels so we did ourselves.

Excellent aging-well location on Mission Bay, although a bit isolated from amenities. Nice restaurant and bar with really good food but somewhat limited menu located on-site with indoor/outdoor/fire pit choice of seating. Very pleasant stay in Jr. Suite, although somewhat thin walls. View of Sea World fireworks nightly from restaurant/pool area.

Great, except….

Everything was beyond expectations except the incredibly uncomfortable GIANT pillows. Unless you can sleep w basketballs as pillows, call front desk and ask for feather or flatter pillows. Also, the AC is poor. Even on low it blows hard and LOUD! Then, upon reaching set temperature, it instantly gets warm in the room.

It was absolutely outrageous when the clerk informed me that we have to pay for parking (we were staying there 5 nights). I had to bring up my Expedia app and prove to him that it is not mentioned anywhere. They wanted $10 a day (with a discount, lol). Do not fall for it! You’re paying customer, there should be no up-charge for parking.

Stayed for 3 days with my son. Property was clean and well managed. The pools were nice and the staff was friendly. The guys working the water rentals were great! You can hear stomps from the room above but couldn’t hear anything from the neighbors. Parking was fine. Location was off the beaten path but everything was easily accessible with a car.

Great spot on Mission Bay
