The hotel was okay overall, quite a few things could be worked on. we stayed in tower two and the rooms could use an update, they were not cleaned as well as I would like them to be. The sinks in the bathroom along with the tub would not drain properly. The dryer in the room would not work so we had to call for them to come up, they fixed it and then it stopped working again so I had a load of laundry to take home wet. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and when we called to get our room cleaned (new towels and bed linens along with trash getting emptied) they told us they didn’t clean rooms for guests that did not stay for 7 days or longer. That was very ridiculous to me as it was my family of 6 so we needed new towels every day after showers, we were told they could only give us 4. The parking was horrible, it was self parking which was fine but we could never find a parking space in the lot closest to us, my husband had to drive around to the other side of the hotel and walk in the heat with all of our luggage. The only thing I can say was great was the pool, the lazy river and the activities throughout the hotel outdoors. For the amount of money I paid to stay here I was expecting a phenomenal stay.
