I do not normally leave terrible reviews, but this one deserves it. It started from the minute we walked in till the minute we left. If I could put in the words how many times this hotel has cut corners. It’s ridiculous. We stayed in a suite and we only had two towels available. Only one trashcan in the bathroom literally one roll of toilet paper. When we checked in the gal, didn’t seem very friendly and was not very inviting. She asked if we needed blankets for a fold out couch and I’m like yes, and she hand us this huge big pack that we had to lug around all the way up to the fourth floor. In every hotel I’ve ever stayed at they’ve always had it ready for us in the room. Don’t get me started on the breakfast. That was a joke. Everything was broken, including the pancake maker no hot cocoa that says it’s available skimped on pretty much everything. Our hotel bathroom had a huge crack in the floor and every time you stepped on it, you could possibly cut your foot. I can go on and on, but I’m gonna stop now as you get the idea that this is a hotel that I would not recommend and I will not be staying here ever again I frequently travel. There’s a lot of options in this area consider one of the other hotels. Not to mention this is owned by a group in Utah. They’re not invested in this property whatsoever. All they care about is the bottom line. It’s very apparent.
