The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, the breakfast was yummy, and the pool was enjoyable. We did not use the weight room this trip, but it looked amazing. Great family feel and pet friendly !

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was an issue as the hallway was very warm and at times uncomfortable. Once the room ac was adjusted it was much better. Recommend adding a comfort zone to the room requests so that guests don’t have to adjust for themselves.

Staff was responsive & pleasant, got hot tub working promptly. Loved the tea/cocoa/coffee setup, great for late night relaxing when come in from a full day. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning. One thing I noticed was one morning a guy split his cereal and the staff person standing around didn't try to help by getting him a broom, he had to struggle with a napkin to clean up. Liked the board of local activities, facilities, and eating.
