Was given an upgrade to a suite because the lovely staff member at check-in noticed it was my birthday. An amazing room. Very grateful for that wonderful gesture - something they didn't have to do. Everything was fab.

The room looked great pn arrival. Unfortunately the bed had a blood stain on the sheet which was very unsatisfying. It was red in colour which meant it was fresh and the sheets hadnt been washed. Disgusted. It was late when I went to bed so didnt complain. Put a towel on the sheet. So no wasnt happy at all.

Was generally a pleasant stay. Seemed to be many lifts out of order though to get to and from the hotel rooms. It took quite a while to get out in the morning. Only two lifts were opening and were always full when they got to our floor.

The room was ready almost 2 hours late when check in is 3pm. Someone else’s wine was in fridge and no spare toilet paper. One whole bathroom was flooding from the ceiling and our bags were not taken up when dropped off at 1pm into lobby.

Big clean rooms with plenty of storage and great views over the harbour, although there was an issue with the door handle to the bathroom being loose. Lots of food & drink options. Walkable to Sydney Downtown.

The room is dirty. I found the guest hair accessories near the bed. And bde sheet is kept on opening, they didn't tuck it properly. When I try to tuck it in the bedsheet was open little bit and when I saw is really dirty. The carpet never been vacum, the room is very dusty too
