When we arrived we booked in and went to our room, the room was not the one we had originally booked. It was totally different from the room we thought we had paid for. The room we booked was spacious, had a balcony and an inbuild spa bath. The room they gave us had no balcony was not spacious and had a bath. I went back down and questioned the lady at check in. She was very helpful and offer us another room. When we entered the other room it was still not the room we had paid for. We went back down to check in again and further put our complaint forward. I showed the lady pictures of the room we had paid for which was not a standard room but one of the most expensive rooms in the building. They could not answer why I didn't get this room but to their credit they offered an upgrade to a two bedroom room? we were asked to inspect the room, on entering the room was not to our liking, it had no balcony and no spa or bath? We went back to check in and asked them again why the room we paid for was not available, again to answer but they did offer us a drink credit of $50, we said thanks but no thanks, they then offered a bottle of Champaign to our room, again thanks but no thanks, at this time we were running out of time for our dinner booking, we told the lady we would settle on the second room they offer and requested breakfast for two, which the lady agreed too. In all very disappointed.
