I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars.

Breakfast (although an omelette or scrambled eggs without cheese would have been nice). Staff - super nice, flexible, attentive, and transparent. Clean facilities - room, lobby, fitness centre, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel might be better placed on the back wall of the shower though, as a big person I didn’t care to take my shower sideways 😄.

Curtains did not have the ability to close, casting bright lights and sunlight into the room, which allowed us very little rest and a lack of privacy. Shower faucet also dripped constantly. For these reasons we did not have a positive stay.

Staff were really nice and the check in went smooth. Our room however had a bedside table missing, the other bedside table was falling off. The tv had white dots on it after a while that wouldn’t go away.
