Hi there, the staff were all lovely. Maybe it was just a bad day. One of the elevators was broken, the gym only 1 of the 3 treadmills worked. The water container in the gym was empty. The sanitary wipes to wipe down the equipment were all dry. My rooms faucet leaked. The shower didnt turn off and constantly dripped. None of the electrical outlets worked in the furniture so charging your phone had to be in the wall. The drapes would not close all the way so you could not make the room dark.

Great pleace, lots of kids and access to the pool was difficult becuse of all the kids, breakfast was also difficult becuse the room was full of kids taking up the center and adults with half tables around, left no room for other guests to eat

When I arrived there was no one at the front counter, just a sign saying be back in 10 minutes. When I got my room the tub was almost 1/4 full of water because the shower doesn't shut all the way off and drips non stop. The toilet seat had stains on it, looks like it wasn't cleaned properly.

The environment is quiet, and you don't have to go too far for food or personal items because everything is in close proximity. The staff was very helpful in my opinion. The rooms were spotless, and I loved the breakfast option.

We have a one night stay at the hotel and service and staff were very helpful and friendly during check in. Hotel was located right within walking distance to everything we needed- groceries, restaurants etc. We enjoyed convenience of breakfast. The only recommendation we would offer firmer pillows and more sheets.

Great place to stay

Fantastic stay. Luckily we had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was impressive. Always love a make your own waffle station.
