The hotel was very beautiful and clean but I was disappointed that I received tasting to a winery that was closed. I ask the bartender at ponte if we could use it with her,she informed me that the front desk would be able to comp a glass of wine for the inconvenience. The lady at the front t desk said she couldn’t comp or help In anyway and was rude and cold about it. I was super disappointed in her reaction

On the positive side it is a very nice facility and they give you free tastings at their Ponte and Bottia tasting rooms. The big negative for us was our rooms patio door faced the pool facility which for some reason has music playing from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We could hear it in our room over the TV and even worse was the vibration from the incessant thumping bass notes. We called the front desk several times and it never got addressed. For the second night we moved to a room in the other side of the building. We were surprised that they never apologized or even acknowledged our being inconvenienced. The second room had some issues with the heating/cooling system with the heat coming on in the middle of the night and turning the room into a sauna. All in all a mixed bag of good and bad.

The room and staff were amazing, the grounds were beautiful and we loved the facilities. However, our car was broken into although nothing was taken it did take away from rating.
