Everything was a let down. Shower had no water pressure tub was dirty floors in both the bathroom and the room area were disgusting and dirty. The sheets on both the beds were dirty or stained look disgusting. The blankets underneath had cigarette burns and look like they were about to fall apart. Tried to turn off heating/air conditioner when I push the button to turn off the fan stayed on, had a foul smell coming from the air conditioner ended up having to unplug the unit completely room smelled musky and moldy. Upon my departure, I told the staff at the front desk about how the room was dirty and seem to be neglected, I was told Very rudely well why didn’t you tell me last night and we would’ve moved you not sorry you experienced that or I’m very sorry for that. Nothing very rude and condescending.

Parking was good. Room was filthy and disgusting. There was poop on the toilet seat when we first entered the room. Absolutely disgusting and miserable experience. There were crows everywhere from food left in the parking lot.

First I was placed in an ADA room, when I wanted a room with a tub. Because there was a parade that blocked all access to the motel, I couldn't get to my room until late so I was so exhausted that I didn't request to change my room. So when I went into the bathroom, I found long strands of hair on the floor so that did not sit well with my impression. I doubt that I will ever book another room at Motel 6.
