Peaceful resort, as close to Napa as you can get

I love this resort and stay here every few months. I wish that the spa services weren't so pricey. The rooms are large, beautiful landscaping. Tasting room is great but recently they have closed off a large section of the patio for club members only. Restaurant quality of food is ok overall but a bit on the pricey side. Overall it's a lovely resort.

The phone of our room didin't work the whole time even after we told the front desk. Also we asked for an extra mug and nobody came. We were pretty cold at night so we asked for extra blankets, (it was very thin blanket to begin with) and they didn't have enough. We didn't want to leave the heater on cause it gets dry but we didn't have a choice. Also the food at the restaurant was ok for the price we paid for. Overall, we didn't really have great experience at the hotel.

We stayed here this weekend and were very disappointed. The pillows were too hard and high, couldn't sleep on them, all four guests complained but nothing was done. Need to have an option for a comfortable sleep. The heater didn't work in our room, it went off in the middle of the night and the room got so cold. The hot water needed 15 min. to warm up... I don't know overall we were very disappointed.
