I booked for 7 nights. We stayed in our room for 5 nights and need to transfer to another room because they did some construction in one of the room and for some reason the smell of rugby or whatever chemical that they are using is coming out from our ac. My daughter has asthma and it triggered it. Good thing we brought meds with us. They didn’t even specify what’s the cause if we did not see some of the construction workers coming out from one of the room carrying bucket of rugby. I did not asked anymore since I know that they will just lie. So they transferred us to another room which is very exhausting since we have to packed all our things again. But what’s worse is that the room that they assigned to us have that stinky pees smell in the bathroom. At first I don’t know where its coming from until I realized maybe its coming from that shower rubber pad that they put. I have to removed it and pour shampoo all over it to removed the smell.My adviced if you will put rubber mat in a shower make sure to clean it, because people will pees while showering and the smell get stucked in there. It’s very frustrating.

Improve your breakfast menu.

Our stay was fine. The town was far from the resort. If you're a golfer it would be the perfect place to stay. Breakfast was terrible. The resort could spend a little more money on breakfast to make your guests be happy

I'm giving it 5 stars because of all the trees in the resort. Resort should stop using those leaf blowers. Leaf blowers are too noisy and add pollution in the air! Dinner food is awesome. I enjoyed the infinity pool and the walk on the private beach. Staff are so courteous. No need to put their hand in their heart when they greet guests. A simple greeting or smile is enough. Don't overdo the greetings.

The property is great but far away from everything. You have to shuttle around on the vans through the property and to get off unless you happen to stay near the gate. Its very far from the bustling area of station 2. So unless you want to spend a lot of time on the property and enjoy the great amenities I would suggest staying somewhere else.

I’m so happy to have stayed here. All the staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It is a huge property but there are shuttles that can take you anywhere in the resort and at the gate where you can ride a tricycle or a motorcycle to town. It is close to some places to shop. The restaurant has an excellent menu and we eat there everyday. We stayed in the main building. There’s a private beach that is amazing, you can enjoy the beautiful white sand beach without the algae floating like in the main beach’s trip at station 2, and the people bugging you to get a tour, it is a more relaxed vibe. there are various pools as well and some entertainment at night depending on the day of the week. The golf course is beautiful. It is a place that can be enjoyed by business people and families alike.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We were there for nearly four weeks and we enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to stay in a place that is away from the noise and rowdiness of the Station 2 area.

Its a beautiful hotel and great if you have kids, but if you're looking to be close to the beach and shopping areas, forget it. They do have shuttles going back and forth to the hotel, but I felt restricted by all the rules and everything is self contained within the property. You need a pass to leave and return to the property. Beautiful hotel, but if you're planning on partying at the stations with friends, then this is not the place.
