I was extremely happy with my stay at the Bali Rani, the staff were extremely friendly & always happy to help in any which way. My room was always cleaned early in the morning with fresh linen daily. The staff at the main lobby were so helpful with bookings ^ any issues with my phone. This is a very family orientated hotel & i will definetly be returning here again. Thanks to Ardi & Chris for all help given.

We found that the cost of many services including massages, market shopping and laundry to be more expensive than they are in Legian, however the resort itself was great.

Beautiful, Bali style property. Staff were so happy and helpful. Pool area and gardens lovely. The bathrooms could do with a good scrub and softer bed and pillows, would be great ( but some people love a hard bed) Very popular with Australian tourists. Most importantly our driver from the hotel Mangoose, was excellent.

Okay for a night or two

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as we had our travel plans changed and we arrived earlier to Bali than our initial plan had been. And for this purpose this hotel was okay. I wouldn’t stay here longer. Hotel staff were great. Friendly, service minded and very polite. The hotel itself is a bit dated in the rooms. Ventilation is not great. We had to get our Air Cond re-gassed as it wasn’t working when we arrived. We think the hotel pool is not heated so it was a bit cool at times, especially during the morning. Hotel breakfast was okay. Live cooking station was very good but the rest could improve with a bit more selection etc. All in all it was okay for two nights.

Third time staying at this hotel. Always a great stay. Staff are always friendly. We will be back again. Only improvement this time would be to maybe clean out the shower heads in shower to improve the water flow.

They greeted us with a huge smile, welcome drink and made us feel very welcome! They had a ramp ready for my mums walker and shower handle applied to shower, pool was great food and drinks available lovely restaurant, breakfast great choices! STAFF are all fantastic, friendly and cannot do enough to help. Only thing I would suggest is a smoking area/zone. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff were very nice and helpful.the bathroom was very dirty the toilet seat was broken I asked them to fix it but it was not done properly.the whole hotel is in bad need of renovating it is old and outdated.breakfast was good.the pillows on the bed were hard.the sheets were grey looking not white same with the towels.when paying more than $100 per night I expected something better than we got.would not recommend this hotel to anyone
