Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Would have given a higher rating, but we had difficulty sleeping each night because someone in the room above us was walking heavily and moving furniture around for hours between midnight and 3am. That was not good :( But the hotel itself was great.

The were scheduled to clean my room once in three days - They did not. When I checked out there were parking charges. I did not have a car. ? I did have one meal - just average for the price. I will stay in Watertown next time.

Very clean and cozy room. I like the proximity to Alewife station. The toilet seat in my room 218 was loose. I mentioned this at the desk but no maintenance stopped by to fix the seat. I asked the front desk if there was any other room available, but they did not get back to me. 8/10

Looks beautiful from the outside, with the price tag to match. Inside, room wasn't cleaned very well (grew tired of finding thick black hair everywhere that belonged to someone else), shower paneling was massively cracked from impact damage in the past, but they didn't replace the panel and just put caulk on it, and the toilet paper holder is falling. Asked several times for towels over hours, eventually received the wrong number. Staff never asked me how my stay was when checking out - they don't care anyway. The bar looks gorgeous but is minimally stocked as cheaply as possible. A party came in and couldn't order the drinks they wanted (the bar tender laughed with a wicked smoker's cough and replied, "We don't have any fruit here, this isn't a craft bar"). So you can't really get an Old Fashion, or a lime in your Modelo, etc. The breakfast staff is very unwelcoming. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
