Difficult/weird not well lit parking with a super creepy alleyway to go down. No bar or convenience store as depicted on website. Incredibly noisy room - little lighting, no windows, no closet, huge gross stain on the carpet. Lackluster “free” breakfast at best. A surprise $167 charge on check in - $100 security deposit which hopefully gets returned upon checkout, $67 “convenience/facilitiy” fee. The only staff that speak to you is the front desk, everyone else is creepily silent. Needless to stay, first and last time staying here.

This was an extremely unpleasant experience . I booked and paid the room in September 2024 for my son’s graduation from Law School on 05/02/25. On 04/30/25 I received an email from Sonder that I had to finish some details in Registration, when I contacted them via text (the phone provided left me 20 min hanging ), I was informed via text (provided by Sonder) that my reservation was cancelled on March 15th because Sonder does not work with the Hotel any more. I never received an email notifying me . Then I was told that I would receive a refund . Then I was texted that it was done in March 15, I can’t find it. I finally booked a room in another hotel. The day of my trip I received an email from the hotel stating that my room was ready for my arrival. Unbelievable. Extremely disorganized , not connection, terrible way to make business , not transparent at all. I don’t know where the problem was , but certainly I felt scammed. I will never ever use this hotel or Sonder in the future. I keep the texts with the communications , just in case .

The front desk at check-in and during the stay was unorganized; check-out was fine. It has been 3 weeks since my stay and I am just now being charged the convenience fee although the bill at check-out was zero. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told the "hotel is going through a transition and it is chaotic right now with everyone trying to figure things out." Disappointing.

We booked this to attend a game a Fenway park. Great affordable food options all within walking distance of the hotel. Green line literally picks you up across the street and it’s 4 stops to Fenway(2.40$) The Front desk staff was super nice, Ron was clean, bed was comfy. Will definitely stay here next time we come up for a game.

Amazing hotel and affordable!

This was an amazing hotel and loved the closeness to the city. Staff were so kind and they went above and beyond! The lobby area is so hip and fancy! I loved staying there so much and my kids loved the comfortable beds and shower. The view from the window was so fun especially for kids to see trains!

Fantastic Location. We were lucky our room was spacious. The hotel is a very weird set up. It felt like we were in a maze trying to get to our room. Luckily we had a room with a window to the outside not to the interior of the hotel like many do. There was no food or drinks at all available to purchase even just snacks.
