Hotel is in a great area. It is nice and clear. Only downside is the breakfast. If you are a person that likes egg and bacon for breakfast, this is not the place. Only pastries, breads, cereal.

Unfortunately after multiple stays at this hotel we may never return. The room above us was having a party, playing loud music and banging around until almost 1:00am. We were there as we needed to be up at 4:00 to go to Boston Children’s with my daughter for surgery. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, we called the main switchboard that said it would be 40 minutes to create a ticket. After a second walk to the front desk, and a second time they went to the persons door, was the noise finally stopped. Again at this point it was nearing 1am. We started calling with concerns at 10:30, and requested to be moved. I am exhausted my poor child has a major surgery we came from out of town for and this was not the stressful experience we needed prior it. We have received nothing back for this experience and will make sure to never return or recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel itself in nice, free breakfast in the lobby was a nice bonus. But the thermostat in our room didn't work. With freezing conditions outside we had a AC blowing cold air all night in the room - there was no way to shut if off or put heat on.

Great location, but not worth the frustrations.

I wanted to like this experience, but in the end I could not. The check-in process was terrible, and on the last day of my stay I had to jump through hoops to try to get to someone to address a bathroom issue in my room.

This hotel is well priced for such h a great neighborhood, but the rooms have no windows to the outside, except for a few king rooms, and ours was not in great shape. Even though it had been remodeled, paint was chipped, several things were broken, The door and walls were very thin, and it smelled like dead mice and strong chemical cleaning products. Bed was comfy, sheets were scratchy, sofa, TV, and coffee were fine. Good for students.

The property is beautiful but the room was extremely hot with a broken air conditioner and the maintenance person was not able to fix it nor did he speak any english to understand the problem. The bathroom toilet was low to the ground and the desk was placed right underneath the wall television. Parking is expensive underneath the hotel. No hot breakfasts.

Avoid this hotel, no external windows

This is the strangest property - it should be clearly advertised everywhere that the vast majority of the rooms at this property have only internal windows looking out onto the hallway and two other rows of rooms' windows. I felt like I was living in a cave. Hotels.com says "no view" which meant at other hotels there isn't much of a view (e.g. parking lot), not literally NO view to the outside world. Housekeeping is by request only so I requested it and then reminded them when I left in the morning, came back to see it hadn't been serviced at all. I told the front desk and they said their system showed it was cleaned. I told them the trash wasn't even taken out so they said they could take out the trash and give me fresh towels. Those never arrived so I had to request again a few hours later. What I got was two large towels (no bath mat, no wash cloth or hand towel) and two bed sheets. (?) The toilet only flushed if you did it twice. Chromecast worked 50% of the time. My tv defaulted to a 6am wake up call (waking me up the first morning which was very disorienting) unless I manually changed it the other mornings (it says it doesn't do that, it did). This hotel unlike most others charges you for an early check-in or late check-out. I talked to the front desk the night before I checked out and explained the difficulties I'd been having and wondering if I could get a 2 hour free late check-out to make up for it. They said they could only give me 1 hour free.
