Boston Marriott Newton is fantastic--easy to get into Cambridge/downtown Boston as well outer Metro areas. Pretty property. Housekeeping not as good as my previous stays at the same property. But I'll still return for the convenience, cool architecture, and friendly staff.

The room was dirty, had insects, stains on walls/furniture, hairs all over the place, smelled badly, the ceiling is coming down/peeling off in some places, the sheets are ripped, the table is literally taped back together, and there was an extremely loud buzzing noise happening periodically throughout the night coming from the AC/front door area. On top of that you have to pay $20 a day for parking. This is like a motel not a 4 star Marriott.

Nice hotel but not too much in the area nearby. We stayed because we were heading to the airport but were surprised it was a 45 minute drive to get there. Restaurant was good and service was as well.

We were in Boston to celebrate my son’s induction into the Hall of Fame. The room was a good size with a small balcony….nice for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The staff was welcoming and it was easy check in and checkout.
