We had a great stay. Very nice room for wicked small (cute!) :) and cleaning services is top notch. Great neighborhood, super close to subways. Many thanks to Shawn/Sean(pardon if mistakes) who gave us a warm welcome at the front desk early morning 9/26. Our flight was almost cancelled, we had a hard transfer and I was feeling under the weather, but the welcome we received made us feel things are going to fine. Our entire stay turns out wonderful. Thanks again Shawn/Sean for what you do!

The staff were not friendly or helpful. The bathroom door is not and actual door but a very heavy, awkward folding door. There were constant noises from the street and the room was very small. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel staff were great. Unfortunately I booked through Expedia and they would not, give a refund. Hotel changed dates and camceled dates. Unfortunately hotel did not have the top tier room on the dates I needed, even after talking to them. I.checked expedia and they had room at same rate and the.dates.i needed. This was more than 30 days in advance. 1week later I needed to cancel first date. Expedia has already billed and would not give a refund...I talked to hotel and they approved the refund but Expedia will not refund . They even charged a a no show fees and canceled the rest of my trip. I had to pay for a new night this 3 bills for 1 night.. never use Expedia

We received outstanding customer service at this hotel. The breakfast has plenty of wonderful, fresh fruit and the pancakes are heavenly. The waitresses are so charming! They absolutely spoiled our two little ones. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of parks, playgrounds, museums at walkable distances. It did stand out that the rooms were very average and below the price point. This is the first Hilton I go to where the rooms look more like dorms. The toilet looks like a clean public toilet. The shower handle was a bit loose. No real decor or anything. It was a bit of a mismatch with the lobby and the Hilton brand, but still clean. The gym is fun and has a lot of variety to offer, though it is super crowded at peak hours. The gym includes access to a small sauna and showers.
