My card reader didn’t work. Had to go down to front desk three times. Paid for a king size bed and got a room with a queen size bed. Then was told by the manager. They use European style beds. I will never go back again!!

Hotel is nice. Room was nice. Bathroom is small and dated. Toilet looks like came from a public bathroom. Breakfast was good. Buffet is pricey. Staff was nice at check-in. Restaurant staff was nice and on top of refilling beverages. Sodas were flat both times we ate there.

Room didn’t look at all like the pictures online. Very outdated, steam heat so EXTREMELY loud pipes all night, couldn’t sleep much.
