IHG was such a nice property in Danvers, MA. It is quiet, clean and the staff is well trained. The kitchen was equipped with a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a garbage disposal, a dish washer, an oven and a stovetop! I will definitely stay there again the in the future.

Hotel was good, staff was eh the person I checked in with was nice but the person I checked out with was not the greatest, the power went out and they didn’t have generators and wouldn’t refund us any money since it was a transformer that went out aka a town problem? The manager wasn’t professional about it at all and was honestly kinda rude when we asked, there was no emergency lights or anything in the room so when it went out we were in complete darkness for 4 hours! Didn’t feel safe at all, but was nice it was dog friendly.

2 bedrooms 1bath - only 2 bath towel given and have to go to the offices for extra towel, mini kitchen but no utensils. Room have dishwasher but no soap, toilet have empty body wash and toilet have flush and backup problem. No trash bag available and so many to mention.

It was really gross. It smelled like cigarettes. The room was really run down, holes in the walls and ceilings. The refrigerator didn’t work and when we told the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Little Gem in Danvers

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit family in Peabody. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re thoughtfully appointed, clean and comfortable. It’s very nice to have a small kitchen available during an extended trip. The staff is consistently pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
