Really beautiful resort and I loved my stay here. The only downside was breakfast in the morning. I eat halal food only and there were very less option for me. Knowing Thailand has a huge muslim population they should have separate halal options for everyone. But other than that great experience!

Beautiful room with private lounge chairs and jacuzzi, access to one of the swimming pools from room. Very comfortable room, great ac and overhead fan, nice bathroom. Staff throughout the resort is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of hills on property but there is always someone to give you a lift if you don’t want to climb them Spa is great and a good deal. We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far.

I can't say enough about Mandarava Resort! This place is an absolute slice of paradise, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. They are the epitome of friendliness and hospitality, consistently going above and beyond to make your stay perfect. A member of our travel party broke their leg during our trip, and the resort team was nothing short of incredible. They went out of their way to accommodate her, making sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. This level of care and genuine concern is rare and truly unforgettable. Mandarava Resort isn't just a beautiful place to stay; it's a place where you feel genuinely cared for. We will be back!

It all starts when you check in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This extends to all staff who work at the Mandarava. Always happy to greet you and assist you wherever possible. Most importantly, it is all very genuine. The property is well maintained, in particular the grounds and gardens. Breakfast is a treat with a good range of food options. The restaurant provides a nice atmosphere with great views and is fairly open. If the weather turns, the staff will pull down the blinds to ensure you are not inconveniences and will just as quickly pull them back up once any bad weather has moved on. This was our third time back and for good reason. I can't say this about many hotels I've stayed in but this one actually offers good value for money. Our next trip to Phuket will make it our fourth.

This resort offers an outstanding getaway. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff at the resort are lovely and very helpful. There are 7 pools on the property to enjoy and two restaurants. The food and service at both are outstanding. We are definitely planning to return.

Wonderful property with huge rooms. Lots of hill climbing to get to places but can easily ring reception and they will send someone to pick you up Staff were so accommodating and helpful..except maybe the lady that checked my room on departure. I felt like i was in prison and she was doing a search for contraband lol Both restaurants were great especially the Thai one Pools were lovely and very clean Is walking distance to town but you will work up a bit ofa sweat ;)

Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area.
