Not really walkable. A short distance to the subway and not sure if the way home in the dark was that safe. From our room we could hear the elevator door bell. I asked for parking forgiveness since the lobby was under major construction, which they did honor. Thank you again for that. Lots of water pressure from the shower! Over all as expected.

This hotel was the first of five I have stayed in at Boston Marathon time and there was absolutely nothing to recognise the runners. Only one elevator was working during my entire stay. On leaving, I required to change my clothes and have a wash. The ladies' bathroom was out of order and it was suggested I used the mens'!!!! I refused and insisted on having a ladies' bathroom to wash and change in. The workman was initially given priority to remain in the ladies' but he had to wait outside as under my adamance, they offered me only a tiny cubicle. All work taking place in the hotel should have been notified to up and coming guests

Almost done with remodel.

Hotel undergoing remodel. Room was’finished’ but there was no piece of furniture with drawers to put away stuff or unpack. Also, no luggage rack so we had to leave suitcase on floor. Don’t felt like room wasn’t fully remodeled. Also, strong new carpet glue smell in halls, less so in room. Staff was nice, place was clean, but lobby area still actively being remodeled

Mixed bag, but would stay again.

We had a long day and didn't get in until after midnight. The bed was fantastic, we all slept great. The bathroom was not so great - the shower was wonky and took a bit to figure out how to use and the towel rack fell off the wall when i went to use it. The cafe was a bit strange - i think they maybe had only been open a short time because they only seemed to have about half of what was on the menu. I had the fritattia and thought it was pretty good, but my boys weren't thrilled. With their breakfast sandwhich/burrito.

Great hotel, they are undergoing a renovation, so, the ground level was a bit dusty and the restaurant was not working. Room was excellent, area around not so nice. Would go again.

Front Lobby Under Construction

Almost the entire front lobby was under construction with big heavy plastic sheeting from floor to ceiling. Would have been nice to have a discount due to the appearance. Room was comfortable, bathroom updated. Unable to use the television as the TV control needed new batteries.

The lobby is under con. There are no amenities and nothing within walking distance (restaurants, taverns, etc.). A friend told me that the area is going through changes/renovation, so maybe this will improve.
