Stayed Saturday-Thursday & room was only cleaned with sheets changed only once! We had to ask for towels, t.p., & Kleenex! The ability to keep your car overnight, was hidden charge per night as was the standard in most hotels, web services. These extras brought the cost up to luxury hotel cost. Which it was not. We were definitely not happy with the service or set-up.

I have visited this property many times, the rooms are spacious and include a living room, sofa bed and a second television. FREE PARKING. There is also restaurant and bar in the lobby for guests to unwind. The convenience store in the lobby is very expensive $5 for bottle of water, there are three elevators and the wait is forever. The best part of the buffet breakfast is the Omelette Chef

Nice area. Apparently understaffed. It took an hour to get a blanket. 45 minutes for a shower curtain. Halls were not vacuumed. Just needs a little attention. Not terrible, not great.

Hotel is in great location for visiting some of sites outside of Boston (Concord, Hopkinton (Boston Marathon start), Natick but yet easy to catch public transport. Room layout great and nice onsite restaurant. My only complaint would be cleaning staff - they didn’t service room properly, forgot to replace our towels (took them and left none to shower with) and TP. When it was time to check out they kept wrapping at the door starting at 9 am even though I said we were leaving by 10.

The body wash and shampoo was out and we asked for 2 days for them to fill the containers - even bringing the empty ones down to the front desk - they were never filled. Had to beg for clean towels. The confirmation I received said $75 per night for a “hold” and instead they did $100 per night. I asked about this and was told they was an error about the $75 even though it was in writing so that’s what they charged. Not impressed at all.
