The food in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. I ordered a caesar salad and the dressing was a brick (couldn't even spread it) and the lettuce was brown. My husband order penne pasta and meatballs - very little sauce and the penne was so overcooked it was mushy. Also the housekeeping terrible -- badly made up room, we had to ask for shampoo refills (the bottle was empty) several times...it was the worst I have ever experienced and I am a Hilton Honors Gold member!

Beware! Dissatisfied! Disappointed!

Beware! Beware! Beware! Worst Embassy Suites ever. Dissatisfied, disappointed and do not plan on returning. Room did not have any soap, shampoo, or regular coffee. Had to go downstairs to get items. After receiving coffee from the front desk the coffee machine in the room did not work. Refrigerator did not keep food cold. Shower curtain had mold. When guest in the next room closed the door our whole wall would shake while we were sleeping. Breakfast items were ok…omelettes were good. Floors in the breakfast area were super sticky..you could hear everyone’s steps…it was gross with coffee and juice spills everywhere. Evening reception did not include any alcoholic beverages. Do not plan on returning to this place. Highly dissatisfied!!

The breakfast was wonderful and well stocked through all hours it was offered, even near the end! However, there was no soap at our sink or in the shower and when we returned from a day in Boston there was still no soap and room service had not been performed. We informed the front desk and were told they only do room service every four days, and sorry. Understandable to an extent but should have at a minimum been stocked after the last guest checked out and before we checked in.

Our room was clean but their was old water damage on the corners of the bedroom. We checked in as a family of 4. There were only 2 towels in the room. Okay, no problem. We called for more. It took a few calls. The next day housekeeping came in and cleaned room and let us no towels. Again, had to call a few times with no answer. Went to the front desk to get towels. I was told someone would bring us some. A few hours later we received towels. It seems small but was an annoying inconvenience. We thought breakfast was great with the made.to order omelettes.

This is the only hotel I stay when in town, it’s a no brainer. The people that works there are cordial and always ready to help. Hillary, the manager is one of the most cordial person to interact with. Recommended to anyone visiting Waltham
