The property was very filthy dirty nasty papers everywhere left over food on the counters here in the bathroom. Sink in tub sheets were nasty. Had to ask for a clean sheets

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds to stay one night after a family reunion. When we showed up at 10pm, they told us they only had one room with one bed. They acknowledged that our reservation was for 2 queen beds but oh well! The only way they could help was by offering us another room that also had one bed that we had to pay for. So we had to pay for an additional room. We had packed on 1 suitcase but we’re now on 2 different floors. One of our rooms had no toilet paper and when we tried to call about it, the phone had no cord connecting to anything. Sheets were awful as well. Worst experience.

This was the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. It was falling apart and absolutely filthy. The halls stank so badly that I wanted to hold my breath.

Unclean and unhealthy location

The hotel was filthy. The bathroom was in terrible disrepair. The room smelled of mold and stale cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned or even vacuumed in a very long time. We had to stay one night because of a very late arrival. I woke up in the morning with a headache from the moldy/smoke smell. Checked out first thing in the morning. We were supposed to stay 3 nights.

This property is very out dated the pots and pans we used where dirty we borrowed the toaster and dont know when it was last cleaned we left 2 days early and they are saying we own them money and didn't give us a refund still fighting this

Upon check-in on the evening of July 3rd, we discovered the room was unacceptable and uninhabitable. It had a strong musty and moldy odor, the bedding and furniture were damp, and we found hair in the bathroom sink and drawers. The room did not reflect what was advertised and was extremely unhygienic. We returned to the hotel around 10 PM and requested a room change, but the front desk staff refused, saying no rooms were available. Since we had to leave early the next morning, we chose to check out the same night. The hotel staff acknowledged the issue and advised us to contact Expedia for a refund. I have contacted Expedia three or four times since, including with supervisors, but was told that the hotel denied the refund. However, as the stay was abandoned on the first night due to unacceptable conditions, I believe a full refund is warranted. Requested Resolution: I am formally requesting a full refund for this booking, as no reasonable service was provided. I ask that your executive support team urgently review this case. If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will proceed with filing a dispute through my credit card company and submitting formal complaints to the Japan Consumer Affairs Agency and the Better Business Bureau. I am happy to provide supporting documentation and photos if needed.

There was no room service. We had to walk to the movie hall to get food. Also we order a taxi the next day to go to the hospita, which did not come. The breakfast snack was old.

A little unsure about this.

Plenty of room. But the shower curtain did have mold on it and a yellow stain on bed sheet. Also I think there are people staying there for free or doing some self help group. We paid extra for our dog. And when walking in there was a bunch of people sitting in a circle and starting complaining about the dog which we paid for. That was annoying. They occupied that common area room the entire time we were there.
