I didn't realize that I had high expectations for dirt cheap hotels. There was trash in the hallway and trash by the rear entrance - Trash, not litter: a full trash bag that had ripped open. There was bare electrical wiring coming out from under the AC in the room. The stovetop was a rusty mess. The vending machine was broken; the staff member that I mentioned this to didn't care. This morning, I drove around front to check out and the public entrance to the lobby was locked.

The hotel was run down and filthy. When we checked into our room the dirty towels from the previous customer were in a pile in the closet, the room had a bad smell, the trashcan was completely full of trash, and the pull out couch had no mattress.

No Clean Room

We were unable to stay in the hotel. When we arrived for check in, the hotel informed us that while there were currently two rooms open, they were not available as their housekeeper had called out sick and the rooms were not clean. While the hotel did offer a refund, it has not yet been issued. We were traveling for business and thus checked in later. We scrambled running around to the other hotels in the area that were all booked, eventually having to drive 45 minutes out of town to find a hotel with an available room at a higher price than we were expecting.

The property itself was nice. However in our room we had a Queen bed and pull out couch for 4 people which in itself isn't a big deal. However, for the couch they had no linens or pillows in the room. The front desk said they were "out". How do you sleep on a pull out couch without sheets, a blanket or pillows? They were pretty rude about it. There weren't enough towels, again we were told they were "out" and it could definitely have been cleaner. When we attempted to tell the corporate office just so that no one else would go through that kind of night and have to buy their own linens they never returned our phone call despite several attempts. Honestly, at this point the whole chain has turned me off and I doubt we'd stay in one again after this experience.

This hotel is ok for a nights sleep. However it is less than basic. You are provided with minimal toiletries..no maid service.tiny bath towels…and our room had a terrible food odor. The breakfast is coffee and a small packaged muffin. I would not stay here again.

Sorry state

I recently booked a suite here for family members, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The amenities were lacking - no plates, cups, or saucepan were provided, despite the description suggesting it sleeps 4 there was no sofa bed. When my guests, two senior citizens, requested a saucepan, they were given a rusted one. The receptionist was also quite rude when my guests, 2 senior citizens asked about additional amenities and even went to say they didn't care about the reviews. The breakfast options were limited to coffee and hot water, and they had to pay extra for WiFi. However, the location was convenient, and the housekeeper was polite. Overall, I would suggest that the suite's amenities and services be reviewed to better meet the needs of guests otherwise they are selling hot air.

Upon checking-in I was told there was only a handicap room left in 127. Entering the room there was bugs flying around, I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund or a room swap. I was told “No, because you already checked in”. This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life (I’ve had higher class service at motels). This place is dirty, there are paint chippings on the walls, no silver or cookware in the suites. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The place was terrible. It smelled horribly with both stinky smells from being dirty as well as from the overflowing trash and the old stuffy carpets and people's cooking. The staff seemed to not want to be there, which I understand. The place where we got pots, plates and silverware was a chaos, dirty, messy, disgusting. The room was dirty, broken mirrors. Never staying in this place again.

The breakfast was not really there, one day only instant decaf with no sugar and two packets of creamers. I asked if it could be restocked but evidently not. The 2nd day only regular coffee and no cream or sugar I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, no one showed up. Everything else was satisfactory for the price

This place was very dirty, in the hallways, the elevator, and our room. Mold in sink, stained chair, very dirty and broken cabinets, fridge dirty smears all over handles, rusty microwave, and more. Never able to reach the manager despite multiple attempts, going into the facility and through phone calls. Told I would get a call back and they never called me
