Best place to stay in Boston! Location is walking distance from subway, great views! The hotel staff was very friendly and ultra clean. We felt the like first guest in our room, bathroom was spotless! Overall great experience, definitely will stay again!

The Harborside is a good, basic, affordable hotel in downtown Boston. There are no frills: no USB chargers for phones, no coffee option in the building whatsoever, no hair conditioner, etc. It could use a room key upgrade so that electronic cards are necessary in the elevators, now, anyone can go up the elevator and roam the hallways.

Great location, the only drawback is the parking. It’s a couple of streets away and if you’re leaving early in the morning it can be a little precarious walking the streets in the early morning. It would be a valet service to retrieve your vehicle.

A great place, highly recommended! We got a room upgrade but the noise from the building heating system was unbearable. We did not say anything but we wish that wasn’t present. Other than that, we really liked it, happy we chose it for our short stay!
