Location is perfect. Staff are very polite, but not enough rooms with 2 beds, which more convenient for travellers and unfortunately you can meet cockroaches in the basement level of the hotel. Rooms amenities are very limited, you cannot boil a cup of water in the room, just take it downstairs in the cafeteria. But hotel's location allow to visit a lot of interesting city places by foot or with the MBTA, including city airport.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of April. Perfect area. Right in front of the Blue line-Aquarium stop. Conveniently located on State st. Neary Quincy Market, Fanueil Hall and NE Aquarium. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was huge. Only 2 things I would improve, put coffee maker in the rooms and improve water pressure.

We were upgraded to a room with a king bed without asking. The room was spacious. Location was perfect. Right outside was the Aquarium subway station linking to everything, including to the airport within a couple of stops.

Great time!

We did a quick one night trip to Boston as we were able to find an incredible deal on flights. The hotel was well maintained and our check in was quick and easy. The front desk team was so nice and offered recommendations on things to do nearby. The only thing that we’d note that affected our stay was that our room had no windows as we were downstairs in the basement part of the building I believe - it made the room feel slightly closed off. Otherwise our stay was awesome!

This was a delightful boutique hotel. Our family chose the hotel based on location and that we didn't need a ton of amenities because we would be out exploring the city during our stay. It was perfect - even with our munchkin in tow. We had breakfast and one dinner downstairs at the restaurant and all was delicious! The staff was helpful and everything was within a 15 minute walk (either to the T, the train to Salem, little Italy, and the Tea Party). If you aren't looking for bells and whistles, but a nice and convenient place to stay - this is it.
