I booked a "Two Queen Beds Room" online. Two Beds feature is critical for us when choosing hotel and room. However at checking in, the front desk said they (hotel or Expedia) over sold the two beds room but can only provide me One Bed Room, and add a folding bed in the room. The folding bed is horrible and the mattress quality is cheap and uncomfortable. At checking in, I insisted to get the room type I booked but could not get it. I checked online and found the one bed room is usually cheaper than the two beds room. However at checking out, they charged me more than online reservation.

The staff are not friendly. The area is also not so good. The bathrooms had no water for sometime as there were issues with plumbing. The breakfast however was very good!
