Great atmosphere!

Have not here in years but the place is wonderfully renovated. Front deck associates were friendly and wonderful, room comfortable & relaxing, location is great! Had take out from. Legal Seafood5 steps away!

Beautiful place, but issues with customer service

We were there for my son‘s basketball tournament. It’s a beautiful hotel. Just upset with the fact that we couldn’t get a microwave in our room. We had to go down to the main floor to use a microwave and other people were just in our business, so it was a little uncomfortable

The location of the hotel was great! Very close to the train station as well as a large shopping mall. Easy access to the highway.

The room was excellent, comfortable and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed about was they placed me on the 2nd floor which is the only floor that animals are on so naturally there was a dog. If you don’t have an animal you should not be on 2nd fl. The breakfast and staff were awesome. I would stay here again.

Other than noisy guests upstairs everything went well with our stay at the Hyatt Place Braintree. Very friendly breakfast staff, nice to see happy people around. Convenient location, easy access to the highway. Free and safe parking. Will definitely book again.
