The service at Bar Moxy was hit or miss depending on time of day and staff. Some were super helpful and other staff were simply useless. Seems that the grab and go items were hit or miss on availability. Also the rating above mentioned free breakfast....it was not a free breakfast. Food we received was tasty and great! Check in and checkout were great. Rooms were nice and clean. Too bad rooftop bar service was not available during our stay. Gym was very small with minimal equipment and therefore overcrowded, also some equipment was broken and seemed to be missing many cable system attachments.

We had a great stay at the Moxy. I loved all the artwork hung around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. The location was perfect for everything we eanted to do. It is a unique hotel.

In general we enjoyed our stay. Disappointed when soiled towels were refolded on day 2 rather than replaced. Bedside lamp was broken. TV remote was also malfunctioning. Enjoyed the morning coffee and candy bowl! Food coupons were generous.
