The room needing updating . The room looked tired but was clean . The toiletries containers said one brand but I noticed the stock on the cleaners trolley says another . The bed was huge in the suite and very comfortable . The fridge was large and kept things very cold , even frozen the water ! The balcony was a concrete space with no furniture so didn't really see the point as a as feature but ok to look out at the roof tops . We didn't eat here so couldn't comment on the food . Location great 10 minute walk to Boston common . Had to request bath ropes . Staff friendly . Not much space to chill if you didn't want to stay in your room except the roof top bar which doesn't open until 4pm and weather permitting . Ask for an upgrade we did and were lucky ! Good choice for mid price hotel

Decent place, overpriced for what it is. Trying hard to be something fancier than what it actually is. Location was great for walking to everything downtown. Rooftop bar is cute but drinks are just mediocre and overpriced. Even though it was mostly empty up there if we weren't consistently ordering new drinks it seemed they wanted us to cash out and leave. Not really a place to just hang out.

A pleasant, modern hotel in an excellent location. Really convenient for all the sights and attractions in downtown Boston. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, thank you!

Loved the look and theme of this hotel. It was convenient to the Metro, clean, and staff was very friendly. There were also several places to grab coffee and breakfast within a block as well as a few restaurants and bars within a block of the hotel. I only wish that the Rooftop Bar had been open later than 10:00 p.m. on the weekend. By the time we got back from our show and tours it was closed and we never got to see it even though we were there on a Friday and Saturday night. Very disappointing because this was one of the reasons I booked this property.

It was great until a fire alarm woke us at 8am. This was not a planned test or a real emergency. As guests rushed out we noticed the staff calmly cleaning the rooms. It looks like this happens often as when we asked they told us there was no fire emergency.

I was really hoping to like this hotel but it felt like they were flipping rooms so fast that it wasn't that clean in the room. It was also incredibly loud all night. Felt like a party hotel.

In a very busy area and it was a little rowdy when a private party was held at the hotel. Other than that, we had a great stay. Breakfast at the Rebel's Guild was outstanding!
