We opted for a bigger room, but didn't expect it to be as big as it was. Only complaint is I'm 6'3" or 190cm, the shower head came up to my shoulder so I had to duck a bit. Next Salem trip we take we're going to stay here again.

clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff; the team was accommodating and made the visit easy and pleasant. The only minor downside was that the Wi‑Fi was a bit challenging at times, but it was not enough to affect the overall positive experience, and there is still strong willingness to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nicely appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk check in was great and the server Sasha made my event extraordinary. Would recommend staying here and having an event.

Everything was excellent the rooms were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. My friend got sick and when I called the front desk they called 911 and after they left she called me back to make sure I was ok. That personal touch was extremely important to me.

The hotel is a lovely space, which is located conveniently within walking distance to all of the sites in Salem. The staff was really helpful and considerate. The meals were all delicious and service was great. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! It was cozy and the food was delicious. We had the pasta al pesto and it was so fresh and so well made. Next morning the breakfast was in point too. The rooms were really clean and the staff was nice. The only suggestion I have, is that the rooms that are double, to have the option to have better views -even if you have to pay more. The only option is with king beds. Other than that, I highly recommend!

This was a perfect location. Short walk to the downtown area. The hotel was super clean and comfy beds. My kids loved the heated indoor pool.
