The hotel is beautiful. The room decor is all nautical theme and it's great. We had room service, and the food was wonderful. My only issue, I asked for butter twice for my breakfast and never received any. But this hotel is close to everything and super comfortable.

Room was very nice and clean, just make sure you check when booking if your room has a fridge, as only certain ones do.

I was there with a large group for a wedding. Some of my friends had a sofa, others had a refrigerator, some had a desk, others had lots of seating. I had none of that. The only seating I had was one hard chair. Since we all paid approximately the same, I felt cheated. My room was really bad. I would not recommend this hotel.

Arriving 23.12.24 our first two nights constantly woken by most noisy AC/Heating unit ever experienced in a hotel (frequent travellers) Informed reception on Christmas Day morning they couldn't fix AND ADDMITTED OUR ROOM 203 HAD AN OLD AC UNIT so had to take and hour and a half moving rooms on 25th December over supper time on Christmas Day !! Promised refund for the two night broken sleep, only given one in the end. That apart an essential problem with the hotel is the sporadic standard of cleaning. The bathroom floor had the same rubbish and dust evident in the corners the whole time we were there and the rug the bed rested on was never cleaned. The same bits of lint and soil was there throughout our stay. I don't know is it is usual for the bedding to be left 3 days in a row unchanged. Very strange.
