There was an issue with the billing and reservation(I had 2 , one for me and one for a friend and I specifically spoke to a manager and front desk staff to avoid any confusion , they still managed to bill me twice putting an almost $500 charge on my card and nobody could explain to me how or what it happened. Huge inconvenience.

The room was very small. We had only one person at a time could pass by and we booked a room for four people. The pillowcases had stains on them. The sheet had a black stain on it. The chairs were dirty and there was even something moldy under it when we moved the chair over. The lights didn’t even work by the beds and the phone charger on the nightstand didn’t work. Staff was nice. The room was disgusting especially for the price.
