We loved staying here. For a hotel thats “tip included” you might think hospitality and service could suffer. Not the case here. We experienced the best service we’ve had in a long time. From the doormen, to the bartenders, house cleaning and front desk. Over the top was the service we received Saturday night from Little Dana when he came to our room to fix our TV. He was the best, went out of his way to make sure everything was working and helped us log into Netflix

I wished that the valet parking is included in the charge so I did not get surprises. It was $55 per day and they charge me for both rooms when in fact we only have one car. The staff are not very friendly and if I did not asked for the receipt, she would not offer me one. Thank God I did because I saw that they charged me one car for two valet parking.
