Overall it was meh- I’ve wanted to stay here for so long but it’s pretty pricey . We had a room overlooking Fenway which was ok, we were on the 3rd floor so really just saw the graffiti wall and the sign. Higher would have been better but that may have just been the room that I reserved . Checked in with my dog - it’s a dog friendly hotel. They advertise they give you a dog bowl and treat and toy- got none of that. Lady who checked us in was less than pleasant. Honestly, I don’t have anything specific to complain about I just expected more for the price ($859/night) and its reputation. Next visit we’ll go back to the Fairmont.

Solid hotel, great restaurant connected but their MP prices are wild, $120 for two lobster rolls is ridiculous for it being 7/10. Valet was very nice until female didn’t grab the car for us and made us wait 20 mins at the front at 5am while they sat on their phone. The male valet staff was amazing he referred us to amazing pizza and food🙏

Great hotel in a great location. It has fees that seem unreasonable (like a lot of hotels these days) but they were disclosed at the time of booking so I just considered them part of the overall cost.
