Unfortunately the AC was not working, we called reception they changed rooms for us but the new room the AC worked but was sooo noisy that we couldn’t sleep, we left in the middle of the night because of this inconvenience.

Air conditioner wouldn’t stay on (was not on auto or anything) We were told pool was out of order when we arrived but should be ok for the next day, it wasn’t. There was a party going on and parking was very limited.

Not alot on the continetal breakfast. Waffle makers but no batter. Heating lamps but no hot food. Hubby who can't have alot of carbs could only eat hard boiled eggs. Everything else was carb filled. Had to ask for yogurt even though there was a small fridge

Spoke to staff before our stay who ensured us we could have rooms next to each other. This is the reason we chose this hotel. When we got there our rooms were on the 2nd and 5th floor and we were not accommodated with other rooms near each other.

My family and I stayed two days here. The pool was broken the whole time which was disappointing to the kids as we booked here for the pool. I booked a two bed studio suit and the bedroom was still so small for two adults and two kids. The bedroom was a little dirty and the bathroom was very tiny and the door did not close properly. Breakfast was average and they do hold 100 dollars for incidentals. I wouldnt choose to stay here next time i visit.

Got to our room and quickly npticed that the bathroom sink was experiencing some sort of leak. The carpet underneath was quite wet. We tried calling Front Desk and our phone was not working. We took our luggage and went down only to be told they were sold out as a group of 75 was due to arrive later. We went back to our room where the maintenance guy came. He could not speak any english so I'm not even sure he understood what our issue was. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, found a couple dead bugs and hair in the bed. First and last time for us at this property.

Sadly, the pool was unavailable when we were there, which was a disappointment. Getting to the hotel from the highway was a bit dodgy too, but that is no fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.
