Very warm and helpful staff. Convenient to MIT. Comfortable, spacious, charming, quiet room. Location is a bit barren/corporate. Did not appreciate paying a $25 "resort fee" when they don't have a gym or pool on the premises.

Spent over $70 for parking and fees they didn’t even have eggs I picked the hotel for the breakfast there were so many around to choose from advertising a full American buffet very disappointed also room service walked into our room after knocking we thought it was tv she walked in seen us and walked out thankfully we were dressed checkout was in a couple hours feel like there was minimal communication with staff to what rooms were checking out. It’s a nice firehouse but won’t stay here again.

The staff were so kind and accommodating and the hotel is a lovely boutique-style hotel. It is not a cookie-cutter hotel at all! I’ll stay there again.
