Found mold around the bathtub and mgmt tried to seal the cracks to the tub but did extremely poor job as it shows cracks all over. Paint patches near bath sink and lights didn’t work. Roaches all over and burn marks on the floor carpet and stains on bed sheets and list could on and on… I have pictures for every listed issue

The lobby is beautiful as with the grounds. Had a very pretty pond that wasn't running but nice. ALL night we had to deal with people going in and out of cars! Very noisy night! At one point it sounded like someone was breaking into a car. There were stains all over the rug, plus I killed not 1 BUT 2 roaches!! The flies in the room were horrible they kept bothering us all night. The lamp you could tell hasn't been cleaned probably since they opened. The bed was very hard woke up with my back hurting and that's NEVER happened. The ac was cold but the fan didn't work on it. It was cold though so no problem there If I can post pictures I WILL
