Location, location, location. This condo is in the middle of all Branson has to offer! Step out on your deck and sit and watch golfers play the 10th hole or join them and play 18 holes. All guest only pay 59.00 for 18 holes with a cart! You can also take on any of the other outstanding golf courses the Branson area has to offer. Condo just had new flooring and carpet installed throughout. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen and provides all of the comforts of home. There is a King size bed in one bedroom and a Queen in the other. There is also a Queen blow up mattress to be used for the family room area.

From property walk less than 10 minutes and be able to throw a fly rod into the trophy area of Lake Taneycomo! If Table Rock Lake is more your speed, Moonshine Beach boat launch is less then 2 miles down the road! Bringing a boat?? Boat storage is right up the street. If you don't have a boat State Park Marina is only 7 minutes away if you wanted to rent a boat for the day. We sincerely enjoyed our stay! We loved the location and all of the amenities that Pointe Royale had to offer. It was close to food, grocery, gas, shopping and Silver Dollar City but far enough from all of the traffic. We will definitely stay again!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was just as described with everything you could need. Contact with the owner was easy and quick. Unit was in a quiet gated golf community. The location gave quick and easy access to all Branson has to offer. We would definitely consider staying here again.

In town with family visiting branson. Very nice place with to s of amenities. Tracy was very gracious when we had an unexpected family emergency over the summer and allowed us to switch weekends even though she didn’t have to. Very grateful!

Clean and well taken care of. Construction on the condo below us made it very noisy during the day, but it did stop by 6pm and I know that’s not in the control of the owner. Owner was very good about responding to questions.

First time in Branson

We arrived at the property, which looked as beautiful as in the pics. It was so clean, homey feeling and relaxing to be at. We appreciated how easy, yet safe, it was to get in and out. We loved the pool and the easy drive to attractions. We absolutely loved our getaway here. We plan to come back with our kids - there was plenty of room. Thank you again for having and sharing such a wonderful place.
