This was my 3rd time staying at this property, the staff is amazing, the rooms are well kept and clean, the location is across the street from the beach and is walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, etc. They also have some great amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) but there is a fairly hefty resort fee. The parking is valet only and has a daily charge so take all of these things into account. Overall, a great property if staying in the Waikiki area.

We liked the hotel, staff and location so much we extended our trip 2 additional days! Many thanks to Travis, Jules and the team for the hospitality! ABC is right downstairs and Beach Candy is around the corner with all the cool stuff and activities that you can experience!

Leave your expectations of glamour and glitz. Not the Ritz-Carlton, but island hospitality and friendly staff looking to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the island, the hotel amenities, the shops, the restaurants, beaches, etc. The sooner you understand this, the better your trip will be. Even after requesting maid service we only got fresh towels hanging on the door knob. The used towels were not removed nor were the trash cans emptied. The water was barely warm enough to take a shower. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I would never stay there again nor would I ever recommend this property to my friends.

Park shore Waikiki is a great location right across from the beach! Our stay was great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Whenever we called for anything- extra blankets, towels or a safe that wouldn’t lock, the service was quick! The room was small and basic but we knew that upon booking. You are also able to use 3 items a day from the beach candy rental place down the street for boogie boards, beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas etc. The day we checked out, we didn't fly out until midnight and we used their baggage storage to store our bags all day and was given a key card for the common areas to use the pool, towels and bathroom which was an unexpected bonus! I recommend if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation on the beach!
