It is a very nice, clean condo. It was a bit hard for us to find at first but very pleased once we did! We would rent it again for our selves but we didn't feel it worked for two couples.

Tenant Below a NIGHTMARE!!!!

Booked from 05/30 - 06/01. 4 AdultsDidn’t get to condo until 930 at night, after being there for 30 minutes started hearing banging on the floor coming from tenant below. Then tenant below started blasting music that started at 1015pm. Condo rules stated quiet time between 10pm and 8am. 2nd day sitting out on the patio, tenant from below come outside and told us that we were being too loud. Honestly we were not, just taking and laughing but nothing more than that. She then stated that she would just blast her music to drown us out. 3rd day at 5am tenant below was beating on her ceiling in every room and then preceded to blast music until we left at 955am Sunday morning. Owner was notified of problem which unfortunately she had no control over. We were not at the condo much at all when we were in town, and unfortunately it was not relaxing when we were due to the tenant below.

Family Trip before Ball season gets in full swing.

We wanted to go to Branson and Silver Dollar City for a very quick get away before Softball and Baseball season are in full swing. This place was great for what we needed, it was easy to get to, clean and a great price. We will use again if we make it back this way.

Close to the action, great owner

The owner of this property was easily the best we’ve ever rented from. The accessibility and communication were great. This property is fairly close to the strip, but far enough away that it’s quiet. The neighborhood is a mixture of condos, apartments and double-wides. We found our place to be very clean. Only two heads-up I’d give would be that the property seemed smaller in person than the photos and the upstairs shower is about the size of an RV shower so if big people would use it, it would be snug. Overall, though this place fit our needs very well and was reasonably priced.

Nice long weekend

We traveled 6 hours for a long weekend. The condo was a good for our party of 3. Location was convenient for the strip, the lake and Top of the Rock. Having laundry in the kitchen was nice. Let me make a couple clarifications that were misleading to us. The double vanity for the main floor bedroom bathroom does not have a door, so you are open to the living room area. The second floor bedroom is a loft that overlooks the common living area/kitchen. It is not private. Also, there is not a mountain view as is depicted in the listing. With that said, this is a nice place and we would stay here again.

The condo was in a good location with easy access to all the sites. It’s clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having sinks that were accessible while others were showering or sleeping. It was a nice setup. Parking was good too, with close parking right outside the condo.
