New mattresses needed

First let me say that they need a bigger sign that you can actually find. The Howard Johnson sign was tiny and not lit up and there was a sign with a different name about it so we had problems finding it. They definitely need new mattresses and box springs as ours was way past worn out and box spring was broken. There is no staff after like 9pm for late check-in and they just lock your room key in a box outside. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Pool closed very early so we couldn't swim. It was definitely worth the price.

Was nasty there was bed bugs in the beds and it made my girl and her kids leave in middle of night. Never got a refund for my money back.

This property is so gross. Next door is an abandoned boarded-up hotel. The exterior doors were open for anyone to walk in. No key cards to enter the hallways which made me uncomfortable. The lady checking us in was nice but we were woken up at 11:30 pm by a phone call to my cell phone asking if we would be there to check in when we had checked in at 3 pm. The young lady behind the desk, when we checked out, didn't even stand up to say thank you...she just told us to leave keys on the counter as she looked up from scrolling on her cell phone.

I was given a room after check-in that was totally filthy! The carpet has dark brown spot around the door and bed. The ceiling had dark brown spots. The room was heavily dense and no hot water! I called from desk and was placed in the room directly above on 2nd floor. It was not as dense but smelled heavily of formeldahyde on the pillows. I moved into a friend's room. It was TERRIBLE! The name Wyndham being attached to this hotel along kinda lured me. My entire experience was horrible! I need a refund!
