My recent stay at your hotel was deeply disappointing and far below expectations for a supposed 4-star property. The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making it nearly impossible to relax. The room was infested with bugs and ants, which was highly unhygienic. To add to the inconvenience, there was no shower gel provided—only hand wash in its place. The window had a gap, rendering it far from soundproof, and we were disturbed all night by loud car tire noises and conversations from people on the ground floor, as our room was on the first floor. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep properly. Based on this experience, I would rate the hotel 1 star and cannot recommend it.

Amazing stay as always, it’s my go to when I visit my family. Only one thing I wasn’t happy about was the kettle in the room had not been checked or cleaned and I wasn’t able to use it due to this black flaky stuff stuck to the bottom of it on the inside that wouldn’t wash away. Plus it kept turning on randomly through the night so had to unplug it.
