Me and my Fiancée recently had the pleasure of staying at Forest Park Country Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location, surrounded by stunning countryside that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the overall atmosphere. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and elegance, making it a place where you immediately feel at home. Whether for a quiet getaway, a special occasion, or simply to enjoy the surrounding countryside, Forest Park Country Hotel is an absolute gem. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Cosy, quiet and well appointed country hotel. Staff were very attentive. We had a few niggles around house keeping on a couple of days but reception rectified things quickly. A lovely stay!

Forest Park Hotel

Mini break this is the second time staying at this hotel this year, we returned as our first stay was so good. Staff are helpful friendly and extremely polite in every area. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The only thing I would change would be more options on the menu as it is the same every night apart from Sunday which is Sunday Roast which I was disappointed in chose of gaming or chicken only beef was offered at a higher price which should have been the same price no lamb or pork offered. Vegetables every evening plus Sunday is Carrots plus broccoli spears on Sundays only which I found in edible as they were hard and undercooked. They do offer one fish dish or a vegetarian option but could definitely improve on menu choices and add some green vegetables.

Really loved the stag themed decor, our room and the little extra touches at this hotel. For example chocolate, daily stock up of water, wellies to borrow and things for your dog's needs. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast.

The place was great to spend time in and relax. Walking in the new forest is just across the road. Great to just be able to switch off for a while. The staff were all nice. The food was nice. Room was clean and well equiped. We will definitely be going again

The food was amazing, the staff were brilliant and the location could not have been better. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in the New Forest, never stayed in this area before and were are so delighted we chose The Forest Park Country Hotel for our stay. It really is a fantastic hotel.

Stunning hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping had left a little note by the bed, hope they liked their note when we left! Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food. Gardens were beautiful and having the walks across the road topped it off. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Kostas is a credit to you, amongst a few others, unfortunately didn't get their names. We will be back.

Great location

Only stayed for 1 night as stop over for attending an event near by but wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Great location and an easy 10 minute walk into the village centre. The chocolate bars were a welcome addition to our room and the offer of fresh milk a bonus. Free bottled water also a nice extra especially given how warm the weekend has been. Decent bathroom with lovely products that you can also purchase. I didn't eat in the restaurant but that was for no reason other than wanting to explore what the village had to offer and we also had to leave early in the morning. Overall a great stay.
