Book Bromyard hotels

Frim the moment we arrived this hotel did not disappointed our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us to help ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were a large family group, 3 rooms, travelling with a baby as well as an older grandparent. Staff went out of their way to help us even washing the babies clothes when she had been sick! They made us feel at home and very welcome which made us very relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and has many social areas around the bar area that we could sit and enjoy our time together. Bar staff were friendly and offered a good selection of drinks for the grown ups. Kids menu offers good value to feed lots of children! The pool was fab fluffy white towels provided and a hot jacuzzi and sauna to top it off. We enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with a wide choice and selection of hot/cold tasty food. The chef even came out and offered our little dog a treat for his breakfast (so kind and thoughtful.) I genuinely can not find any area for improvement for the hotel or that could have bern better with our stay. We will be using this hotel every year for our family catch up. Convienet to travel to loads of places, including wales, people friendly. Loads of place’s to eat

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in a perfect central location with easy access on site parking. Spacious, comfortable rooms. We requested a quiet room, as I am a light sleeper and had a perfect, peaceful nights sleep. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you to all the lovely staff.
