I chose this location because it had great reviews, but I'm honestly baffled why it receives them. We didn't encounter anything terrible, but it was very much not worth the $140 rate I paid. This is a clean but very run-down hotel: most of the furniture showed wear and there were several broken/falling apart items in our room. My husband was anxious to get into the hot tub but couldn't stay 5 minutes bc of the very strong amount of chlorine- the smell and it was stinging his eyes. We also had quite a bit of noise from the parking lot throughout the night.

The front desk manager was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to deal with a number of problems and concerns that came up at check in and during our stay. And there were several of those concerns. The beds in the room we were assigned at first were rumpled, looking like someone had sat or laid down on them. We refused to stay in that room. Our second assignment had not been vaccuumed with bits of paper on the carpet near the bed and on the bathroom floor and there were numerous large stains on the carpet near the mini fridge. It looked as if a container of juice or soda had been spilled and the carpet had not been cleaned. After our second complaint the manager personally checked out rooms until he found one that was properly set up. He also explained that the hotel had only recently come under the Radisson name and that significant updates are planned for the near future. He also admitted that the new management had inherited problems with retaining staff, especially in the housekeeping deparrtment. There is no dining in the immediate vicinity of this property.

My bathroom could have been cleaner. My bathtub stopper was messed up which caused my shower to stop up. My refrigerator was leaking and not getting cold was also an issue because we had food and drinks.

Housekeeping is very poor, tire room I was given was missing drapes entirely and the toilet kept over flooding which the front desk just had housekeeping come and clean up only to leave the first towels behind in my tub and never replaced them. Horrible place

Each time I’m in Minnesota, I book a stay at this location. It’s very quiet and pleasant to be in. The staffs are very friendly and the property itself is clean. Loved their breakfast buffet & their morning staffs are always greeting you. Highly recommend staying here.

After initial contact with the very kind manager, there seemed to be no one or very disinterested staff at the desk. In fairness the place was crowded. Loud, partying on the front porch, one woman was clearly doing copious amounts of drugs. The area felt unsafe. Depite the cleanliness of the room and a lovely welcome from Enzo, the manager, we will not return.
